Osfin - Program Manager - Product Implementation (4-8 yrs)

Osfin.ai helps firms streamline their financial operations. Leading organisations across industries have automated fin-ops processes using Osfin.ai. Osfin.ai is founded by alumni of IIT Kanpur with extensive experience across product development and management consulting.

What will you get to work on :

As a member of the Program Management team, you will :

- Lead a team of engineers to seamlessly implement the product for our end customers.

- Work with the leadership team in setting product vision for a globally scalable SaaS.

- Develop and foster long term relationship with customer leadership team.

- Define the DNA of the program management team at Osfin.ai.

- Map out and mutually agreeing on a clear business goal definition.

Location : Mumbai, Kochi, Pune.

What do we expect from you :

Our Program Manager role is critical to our success, and we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications :

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MySQL is mandatory.

- Experience in working closely with clients/customers to understand business requirements, defining business goals and owning the end-to-end success of product implementation.

- Proven track record of managing customers' expectations & fostering strong relationships.

- Passionate about data analysis and capable in analyzing data to deliver valuable insights.

- An automation enthusiast, with the tenacity to simplify processes for customers.

- Minimum one year of work experience in the consulting industry is a plus.

- Graduated from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 engineering or business school.
