Program Manager - QA

1. Develop and maintain the portfolio management strategy, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals and objectives.

2. Set governance standards and establish a framework for project prioritization, selection, and management

3. Oversee the project portfolio planning process, balancing competing demands and evaluating potential project returns against risks.

4. Conduct regular reviews of the portfolio to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement.

5. Manage project planning with shortlisted vendors and associated departments, including the finalization of project budget, timelines, and operating plan.

6. Oversee end-to-end project management to ensure timely completion within the pre-decided budget and monitor project performance and recommend corrective actions for deviations

7. Derive periodic meetings and design strategies to facilitate improvement execution with business representatives and vendors/partners to review the progress of POCs.

8. Generate a comprehensive detailed operating plan and build continuous progress monitoring strategies, ensuring adherence to decided timelines and budgets.
