Program Manager- Startup Business

Role Summary:

An exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to drive startup business growth in a leading bank. The Program Manager will lead strategic partnerships, develop alliances, and design innovative initiatives to position the bank as a preferred partner in the startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Alliances:

• Build alliances with startups, incubators, and accelerators to drive client acquisition and engagement.
• Organize and represent the bank in startup forums, events, and networking opportunities.

Driving Business Growth:

• Identify growth opportunities within the startup ecosystem and collaborate with partners for lead generation and cross-selling.
• Develop tailored banking and beyond-banking solutions for startups.

Program Management:

• Design and execute startup-focused initiatives, ensuring seamless implementation and measurable outcomes.
• Work cross-functionally to align strategies and achieve program objectives.

Data and Insights:

• Leverage analytics and forecasting tools to track program success and refine strategies.
• Prepare reports, business proposals, and insights for senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• MBA from a Tier-1 college with 4-5 years of post-MBA experience, ideally in a startup or

startup-focused role.

• Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem, with the ability to build impactful alliances.
• Generalist with a blend of strategic thinking, analytical capabilities and execution skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for presentations and reporting.
• Self-driven, creative, and passionate about working with the startup ecosystem.
