To lead and manage the Key Customer Account in order to achieve total customer satisfaction, business objectives and operational efficiency;
Pioneer a project management model within the organization for best practice, knowledge sharing and successful project execution.
To work with teams of RFQ, Sourcing & materials, testing, assembly, prototype, and quality and to promote competency so as to provide customer and DLM value-added, cost-effective Services with the support of the Program Management team
Interact with individuals at all organizational levels to resolve internal and external customer issues.
To ensure good communication between Customer(s), CFT & DLM Business verticals.
To follow up and optimize the product and service costing, inventory control and DIO, ECR & ECO, obsolescence control and excess material sales.
To be responsible for Budget forecasting accuracy in Sales Reports
Ability to understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and relevance to industrialization.
