Cultfit - Program Manager (3-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Central Program Management for launches of new Cult Centers

- Handling the end-to-end life cycle from initiation till the launch

- Work closely with multiple stakeholders (Projects & Real estate teams) to program manage entire launch operations.

- Will involve understanding & adhering to business cases, project planning & continued project monitoring to ensure on time launch.

- Work with stakeholders across product, ops, quality, growth to ensure preparedness of various aspects pertaining to tech readiness, audits, staffing and pre sales revenue.

- Monitor, track and report progress of the launches

- Will involve deep integration with Real Estate, Ops, HR, Marketing & Finance teams + great project management skills and at time problem solve with them on blockers

- Working on key projects which can improve customer experience, reduce costs, shorten the time taken to launch a site etc

- Take up initiatives which will involve visits to the centers or potential site locations to draw market insights
