Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Engage with stakeholders (internal teams, clients, and external partners) to gather and document business requirements. Analyze and understand business processes, workflows, and system functionality to identify opportunities for improvement or automation. Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications for development teams. Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to provide actionable insights for decision-making. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to track performance, business metrics, and KPIs. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business operations and strategy. Process Improvement & Optimization: Assess current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or areas for automation. Recommend and implement solutions for process improvements that lead to enhanced productivity, reduced costs, and better service delivery. Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of new or enhanced processes, systems, or tools. Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding of business requirements and project scope. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to explain findings, propose solutions, and gather feedback. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other teams to ensure business solutions are implemented on time and within scope. Documentation & Reporting: Create detailed business requirement documents, process flow diagrams, and system specifications. Maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, and action items for ongoing projects. Provide regular updates and reports to management on project progress, issues, and outcomes. Project Support & Implementation: Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and resource allocations for business analysis projects. Support the implementation and testing of new systems, applications, or processes, ensuring they align with business objectives. Identify risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and work with relevant teams to mitigate them. Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation. Actively participate in retrospectives and post-implementation reviews to suggest improvements and lessons learned.
