- The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out our sales and marketing strategy, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline.
- You will then monitor our sales performance.
Responsibilities.
- Monitor and report on sales performance.
- Manage and coach sales team.
- Build sales pipeline for new business opportunities.
- Sales Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- This includes identifying key market opportunities, defining target customers, and creating actionable sales plans.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities. Accurately forecast sales revenue and track progress against targets.
- Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage leads and opportunities. Sales Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance against key metrics (e.g., revenue, volume, market share).
- Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance analysis, and present them to senior management. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Team Management & Coaching: Lead, manage, and coach a team of sales representatives.
- Provide ongoing training and development to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers within the assigned territory. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
