SAP PMO Analyst (8-15 yrs)

Responsibility:

- Project Management: ensure timely reporting and completion of finance deliverables, issues, risks and follow up, pursue and escalate as necessary; conduct finance stakeholder meetings and drive collaboration across finance, technology and third-party systems integrator.

- Software Development Lifecycle: coordinate and drive results with finance workstream areas such as documenting requirements and key design decisions, data cleansing, testing, defect resolution and other critical documentation.

- Organizational Change Management: responsible for all regional aspects with global PMO team for training, creation and rollout of super user program, go live readiness and communications.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Minimum 8 years experience with General Accounting or Reporting in addition to previous large scale Project, Program or Technical SAP implementations.

- Program management experience with large scale finance software implementations including end to end software development lifecycle areas such as, functional requirements, system design, implementation, data cleanse and migration, testing, training, go live support and issue resolution.

- Program management experience covering all areas of Organizational Change Management such as stakeholder management, communications, super user programs and business readiness.

- Prior experience implementing SAP S4 and Ariba highly preferred with previous exposure to various workstreams such as Record to Report, Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash and Acquire to Retire.

- Experience providing testing and hypercare support and stabilization through post go-live environments.
