Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Nehru Place, New Delhi
Job Type: Full-time/Permanent
Reports to: Director
Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our HR team at Professional Utilities. With approximately 1 year of experience in human resources, you will assist in supporting various HR functions and contribute to the overall success of the organization through effective HR management.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Post job openings and assist in reviewing resumes and conducting initial screenings.
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate the candidate evaluation process.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications for new hires.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition.

Employee Records and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both physical and digital).
  • Assist in preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Ensure all HR documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements.

HR Operations and Administration:

  • Assist with attendance management, leave tracking and payroll processing.
  • Help implement and streamline HR policies and procedures.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and general inquiries.

Employee Engagement and Relations:

  • Support employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Address employee concerns and help resolve grievances in a timely manner.
  • Promote effective communication between employees and management.

Training and Development:

  • Help identify training needs and assist in organizing training sessions.
  • Track employee training progress and maintain training records.

Compliance and Legal Requirements:

  • Stay updated on relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure HR practices are compliant.
  • Assist in preparing necessary documentation for audits and legal inspections.


Key Specifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Around 1 year of experience in HR or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • A proactive and problem-solving attitude toward HR challenges.
