About the role: We are looking for talented Java Developers with 2-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure applications using cutting-edge technologies. You will be a key player in building microservices-based solutions while leveraging your expertise in Java, Spring Boot, databases, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot.
2. Build and optimize microservices for scalability, reliability, and performance
3.  Work with relational databases like MySQL and NoSQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
4. Ensure seamless data integration between multiple services and systems.
5. Implement multithreading techniques to optimize application performance and responsiveness.
6.  Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and implement improvements. 
7.  Develop, deploy, and manage applications on any cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
8.   Leverage cloud-native features for scalability and high availability.
9.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
10. Adhere to coding standards, perform code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
11.   Write unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure code quality.
12. Debug and resolve issues across the application lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements:

1. 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
2. Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
3. Strong working knowledge of MySQL and NoSQL databases.
4. Experience implementing multithreaded applications. 
5. Familiarity with any cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
6. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have: 

1. Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
2. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
3. Experience with API design and development using RESTful services.
4. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
