Role & responsibilities
Responsibilities will include:
1. Performing administration including installs, upgrades, configuration, and monitoring of TEOCO and third party products (Citrix, Business Objects, Oracle Client, Apache/Tomcat, etc.).
2. Devising, implementing, and managing system monitoring, automation, and notification tools
3. Performing root cause analysis, diagnostics, and monitoring on various production systems
4. Assisting in system and domain administration of Windows based servers
5. Troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues independently and efficiently
6. Monitoring and managing Python based RPA tools in production
Participating in occasional night or weekend work and possible shift work to support a 9AM-7PM IST production schedule

Academic Criteria:
BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering or a related field
Experience Range (In years): Minimum of 2 years prior work experience.
