Production Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

Plan, schedule & coordinate production activities to meet production targets & deadlines

Monitor & supervise production lines to ensure smooth operations & efficient use of resources.

Knowledge on 6S , Kaizen, CAPA.

Implement & maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications & industry standards.

Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering & logistics , to streamline operations & resolve any production-related issues.

Train & guide production staff on proper techniques , safety protocols, quality standards.

Ensure compliance with healthy & safety regulations & promote a culture of safety within the production team.

Identify & troubleshot production issues, recommendations & implementation corrective actions.

Optimize production processes to improve efficiency & reduce waste.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering , Manufacturing , or a related field.

Good communication & interpersonal skills

strong leadership & team management skills.

Proven experience in a production or manufacturing role, preferably in textile industry.

Proficient in using production management software & microsoft office suite.
