Asst. Manager / Manager - Production

1. To plan manufacturing of Products based on the manufacturing plan received.

2. To check on the availability of resources to meet up the production plan and assist in arranging the short fall.

3. To final check the calculations for done by down the line officers.

4. To implement and maintain GMP in all manufacturing processes.

5. To execute the plan along with and Sub-Section heads.

6. Troubleshooting with regards to all products, equipment's and processes.

7. To review all production related formats, standard operating procedure, validation Protocols and reports as well as of sub - section documents.

8. To review Change controls, Deviations and Incidences in Device and Cartridge manufacturing.

9. To fill Corrective Action and Preventive action (CAPA) against quality issues and incidences linked to manufacturing.

10. Ensuring that documentation of incidents, change control, deviations, online rejections, destruction note, corrective action are done on real time to maintain an effective quality management system.

11. To ensure standard Operating Procedures are updated and followed as per Process flow.

12. Arrange training's and retraining s of all relevant SOPs periodically to all .

13. Conduct risk management in all the processes, equipment's and activities.

14. To train, develop and motivate down the line officers and workers.

15. Maintaining a good working relationship with other Departments and Sub-departments.

16. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment and directing workers on the use of control points and equipment whenever required.

17. Ensuring transfer of completed documents between sub-sections on time to avoid delay in batch document compilation.

18. To make sure everything is well planned so as to avoid any further delay in the batch/further process.

19. To conduct IQA in compliance with ISO guidelines.

20. To maintain and monitor the Quality Objective.
