Quality Control: Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet specified quality standards and address any quality issues promptly



Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations



Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity



Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to maintain an adequate supply of materials and avoid overstocking or shortages
