Primary Purpose
The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production and design in an interior fit-out manufacturing factory. This includes supervising departments such as carpentry, polish, and others, and ensuring the seamless execution of furniture products from design to build.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Oversee all aspects of production in the interior fit-out manufacturing factory.
2. Supervise and manage departments including carpentry, polish, and others involved in the production process.
3. Understands the design drawings and execute the same for luxury furniture products, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
4. Collaborate with the design team to ensure product designs are feasible for manufacturing.
5. Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of required materials.
6. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures within the production environment.
7. Monitor production schedules and workflow to meet delivery deadlines.
8. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
9. Maintain records of production activities, including inventory and quality control measures.
10. Conduct regular performance evaluations for production staff and provide feedback for improvement.
11. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in interior fit-out manufacturing.
12. Plan and monitor furniture production at every stage of the manufacturing process.
13. Ensure that all furniture produced meets the company's quality standards.

Major Skills and Accountabilities of Position

1. Extensive understanding and experience in interior fit-out manufacturing, Design & Build.
2. Proficiency in handling all aspects of production and design.
3. Supervisory skills to effectively manage departments like carpentry, polish, etc.
4. Ability to handle the design, build, and execution processes of furniture products.
5. Comprehensive knowledge of wood, veneer, polish, and luxury finishes.
6. Maximize the factory's performance, while minimizing any delays to ensure we meet deadlines.
7. Complete the production planning phase and ensure everything is according to the plan.

Work Relations

• Reports to COO/ Director.
• Interfaces with: Design team, Procurement team, Production staff.
