Job Description
- Manage and update the lifecycle of existing products.
- Adapt the portfolio to market changes and support the implementation of new products in the European manufacturing system.
- Contribute to value engineering (PPV/VAVE) initiatives and sourcing activities.
- Design and standardize packaging concepts to enhance economic efficiency.
- Improve product quality and assist local teams in analyzing and resolving market complaints.
- Create and update technical documentation (3D models, DFMEA, risk assessments).
- Training in Mechanical Engineering or a related degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the commercial furniture industry.
- Proficiency in CAD 3D tools (PTC Creo preferred), PLM systems (Bluestar PLM), and ERP platforms.
- Knowledge of packaging design and wood/metal processing is a plus.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
- Independent work style with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Teamwork, cultural openness, and effective communication skills.
