Engineer - Production / Manufacturing (Rubber Automotive Parts)

Candidates with immediate joining will be preferred.

Role: Understand production schedule and plan machine/manpower and material. Ensure production targets are completed as per schedule. Work on quality improvement and avoid wastages.

1) Understand monthly production plan and provide support for day to day work planning.

2) Do machine and manpower planning. Assign work to machine operators and monitor performance.

3) Ensure quality parameters are achieved.

4) Monitor day to day dispatch schedule.

5) Provide training to operators.

6) MIS & Reporting

Preferred candidate profile

BE/Diploma - Mechanical Engineer with minimum 2 to 4 yrs of experience in production in Rubber Industry.

Experience in Rubber Automotive Parts manufacturing company is mandatory. Other industry experience candidates, pls. do not apply.
