Role & responsibilities
Sr. Engineer /Assistant Manager - New Product Development (Rubber Automotive Parts)
Role: Understand new product requirement. Prepare design and coordinate activities from kick start to handover. Responsible for on time product development & customer satisfaction.
1) Understand Product Requirement & Feasibility Analysis
2) Tools Development & Trials
3) Approval & Handover
4) PPAP Documentation
5) Customer Management
Preferred candidate profile
BE/Diploma - Mechanical Engineer with minimum 4 to 8 yrs of experience in new Product Development in Rubber Industry.
Experience in Rubber Automotive Parts manufacturing company is mandatory. Other industry experience candidates, pls. do not apply.
