Production Engineer / Supervisor

Bachelor of Engineering in Civil / related field

In-depth knowledge of precast manufacturing processes and techniques

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications

Experience with quality control and assurance methodologies in precast production

Familiarity with industry-specific software and production management tools

Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to precast production

Oversee the production of precast concrete elements, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards

Develop and implement production schedules to optimize manufacturing efficiency and meet project deadlines

Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to identify and resolve any issues in the production process

Collaborate with design and engineering teams to review technical drawings and provide input on manufacturability

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes, reduce waste, and improve overall operational efficiency

Implement and maintain best practices for workplace safety and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations

Provide technical guidance and support to production staff, resolving any technical issues that may arise during manufacturing
