You will articulate a clear, consistent, and creative value proposition to our buyers and influencers while acting as the linchpin between our product management and marketing and sales teams to drive new sales for the company. You will have the opportunity to develop compelling thought leadership content, run go-to-market initiatives and sales enablement programs while becoming an expert in helping public agencies and private owners deliver the capital assets their constituents and customers need with our award-winning software.
You will support our sales function at every stage of engagement with our prospects and customers. The role requires someone who can roll up their sleeves and convert their ideas into extraordinary products features, messaging, and customer experiences very quickly.
Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Product Messaging & Positioning: Develop and refine clear, compelling messaging that differentiates Aurigo s solutions in the market.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead product marketing efforts for new launches, including value proposition development, sales enablement materials, and campaign execution.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to create pitch decks, battle cards, product brochures, and training content to drive revenue growth.
- Competitive & Market Research: Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to refine positioning and GTM execution.
- Thought Leadership: Create blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, social media content, and presentations to establish Aurigo as an industry leader.
- Product-Led & Sales-Led Growth: Develop campaigns that drive both inbound and outbound demand, supporting marketing and business development teams.
- Pricing & Packaging: Evaluate and refine product pricing models based on market research and customer feedback.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure product adoption and growth.
Requirements:
Required Skills :
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing for B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Proven experience in leading GTM strategies for SaaS products, including product launches and market expansions.
- Strong background in sales enablement and customer engagement strategies.
- Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and positioning exercises.
- Track record of successfully collaborating with product management, sales, and marketing teams.
- Understanding of the United States public sector, construction, or capital program management industry is a plus.
