Product Manager (Fintech/Logitech)

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the company products and compare them against industry trends. Should

be able to conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking

• Develop an understanding of company products to meet the company's current and

future needs

• Work with the leadership team in crafting the product strategy, defining the product

roadmap and creating PRDs

• Analyze metrics to continually improve company products and assist in achieving the

product goals (adoption, user growth, transactional volume, revenue, etc.)

• Regular report outs to leadership and management on product metrics, product

delivery, etc.

• Work with other company departments to improve the analysis and presentation of

products

• Conduct user interviews, generate product insights and define user personas
• Maintain the product backlog and interface with development teams to help achieve

the product objectives

• Interface with marketing team for product communications and launch
• Manage and grow partner (Banks and FinTech) relationships

Requirements:

• Masters degree in business or relevant work experience in a product manager role

(5-7 years of relevant work ex)

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is

preferred

• Experience in working with visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) is preferred
• Experience in using product analytics tools
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Team player
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to deliver on KPIs under stringent timelines
• Knowledge of SQL is a bonus
