Â About the Role

Â As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the experience for Times Prime consumers. You will own the strategy, development, and execution of features that help consumers redeem the offers and ensuring their long-term engagement. You will work to optimize the end-to-end consumer experience.

Â Work Responsibilities

Â Key Areas

Â Own and enhance the entire Times Prime app including CX, Support, etc.

Â Ensuring an intuitive, engaging, and frictionless customer experience.

Â Use data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks, optimize conversion rates, and reduce drop-offs across key stages of the funnel.

Â Product-Led Growth

Â Drive growth through innovative product initiatives, including gamification, loyalty programs, and personalized user journeys.

Â Work closely with marketing and analytics teams to integrate growth strategies such as user retention frameworks.

Â Champion a culture of experimentation, leveraging customer feedback and rapid iteration to improve KPIs like MAUs, DAUs, and ARPU.

Â Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

Â Lead and mentor a team of product managers, instilling a culture of ownership, innovation, and excellence.

Â Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional leaders to align product strategies with business goals

Â Skills, Experience & Expertise

Â Proven expertise in managing discovery, engagement and growth-focused products.

Â Strong understanding of data analytics

Â Ability to drive alignment across teams and lead through influence in a fast-paced environment.

Â A strong advocate for customer-centric design and data-driven decision-making.

Â Eligibility

Â 3+ years of product management experience in the B2C role, preferably in consumer tech or fintech

Very easy to not do office work and rather do personal work.

Dislikes

Very poor culture. No one wants to work, most of the people have spent 5-10 years in the company, have not grown in any skill and hence can't move to any other firm because no one will take them.
