Job Description
Think in terms of big picture, but deliver on the details
Define product vision and strategy in line with Riskcovrygoals. Define long term as well as short term and medium term goals and an actionable roadmap to achieve the product vision
Ensure value based prioritization of product initiatives
Own key metrics pertaining to user, business and delivery
Build new products with world class customer experience: Collaborate with partners, engineering, design, finance and other product teams to build products that will be loved by users, produce great product specifications and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver products which create timely impact
Launch products: Design and execute a go-to-market plan for internal stakeholders. Launch products and features, test their performance.
Iterate on the product by continuously by monitoring and getting insights into the usage and pain point faced by the customers.

Requirements Desired Skills
Hands on experience of 3-5 years building and launching products in the insurance or insure-tech space preferably
Research - Ability to do primary and secondary research and come up with original insights backed by data/evidence
Analytical thinking - Can think in a structured way to solve complex problems. Ability to use first principles approach
Empathy - Can understand different perspectives of stakeholders within the company and outside
Communication - Has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Should be able to communicate ideas clearly through workflows, feature descriptions etc.
UI/ UX principle knowledge with deep customer focus by understanding customer behaviour and analyzing data and real world experiences
Experience in building insurance products or SaaS will be a plus. Bonus points if you have worked in Motor
or Life Insurance Domains.
Able to generate ideas and solve problems independently and consistent with Riskcovrycore principles
and position in the market segment.
