Qualities We're Looking For:
- B2C Healthcare App Experience: Proven experience with consumer-facing health tech products, understanding how to drive user engagement, retention, and scalability.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: A passion for understanding the needs of healthcare consumers, particularly in areas such as telemedicine, wellness, fitness, insurance and preventive care.
- Experience with Gamification & Engagement: Familiarity with implementing engagement strategies, including gamification, rewards, and personalized challenges to motivate users and create engagement hooks on the app platform.
- Omni-Channel Strategy: Ability to manage seamless user experiences across both digital platforms (app, web) and offline services (in-hospital, clinic).
- Personalization & AI Knowledge: Experience in utilizing AI and personalization techniques to deliver tailored healthcare experiences, enhancing user satisfaction and outcomes.
- Data Security & Compliance Awareness: A strong understanding of healthcare regulations, ensuring secure handling of patient data and compliance with data privacy laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2C Growth: Leverage consumer insights and data to develop features that improve user acquisition, engagement, and retention on ATHMA's platform.
- Personalized Healthcare Journeys: Build and refine features that offer personalized healthcare experiences, integrating wellness, fitness, and traditional medical services.
- Enhance User Engagement: Implement engagement strategies such as gamification and rewards to increase user activity and long-term loyalty within the platform.
- User Onboarding & Activation: Experience with optimizing the onboarding process for first-time users, ensuring a seamless journey from sign-up to first use of core features.
- Push Notification Strategy: Expertise in crafting effective notification campaigns for re-engagement, health reminders, and personalized offers that improve user retention.
- Subscription Models & Freemium Strategy: Familiarity with implementing and optimizing subscription-based models, with a focus on healthcare services, wellness packages, and premium offerings.
- Performance Metrics & Analytics: Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as daily active users (DAU), monthly active users (MAU), churn rate, and customer lifetime value (CLTV) to measure app success and drive feature iterations.
- Telemedicine & Virtual Consultations: Experience in managing features related to online consultations, remote healthcare services, and patient-doctor communication.
- Healthcare Service Integration: Knowledge of integrating various healthcare services like pharmacy orders, lab reports, billing and appointment booking systems within a unified app ecosystem.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in building and managing B2C products, preferably in health tech or consumer technology.
- Technical Understanding: A solid understanding of how B2C healthcare applications function, with experience in mobile-first strategies and backend integrations with healthcare systems.
- Blend of Creativity & Analytics: Ability to combine creative approaches (e.g., gamification, personalized features) with data-driven analysis to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- Documentation Skills: Proficiency in writing comprehensive documentation for complex healthcare products, with consideration of edge cases, data security, and compliance.
- User Experience (UX) Design for Healthcare: A keen understanding of healthcare-specific UX needs, ensuring that the design facilitates easy navigation, quick access to services, and stress-free interactions for users with varying health literacy levels.
