Develop marketing and promotional mix for the products assigned.
Liaise with Cross functional teams to achieve business excellence.
Act as a brand custodian to create enthusiasm and focus internally and with external customer agencies
Monitor and analyse business performance metrics via appropriate tools to deliver corrective actions as required.
Create and deliver operational plan appropriate to the Life cycle of the brand to optimize return for the organisation. Full accountability for the brand and delivery of all programs related to it
Work closely with Business development team to ensure new product procurement and delivery
Identify gap in skills and behaviour of the team and suggest improvement
Establish active contact with KOL and KBLs for Insights into the therapy area
Manage annual budget for the brand month wise and keep a track on the spending.
Manage external digital agency and create brand architecture for the brands on social media platforms so ensure visibility.
Support internal stakeholders with training needs and Joint field work
