About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager with 9+ years of proven success to join our growing team.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of high-quality supplementary product outputs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Responsibilities:

- Product Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including but not limited to user manuals, release notes, and FAQs.

- Customer Documentation: Create and manage customer-facing documentation, such as onboarding guides, tutorials, and support articles.

- Traceability Matrix: Develop and maintain a robust traceability matrix to track requirements throughout the product lifecycle.

- Release Reporting/Metrics: Collect, analyze, and report on key product metrics, including release performance, customer adoption, and user feedback.

- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.

- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of batch solutions, including their design, implementation, and operation.

- Team Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to the team, translating business requirements into clear and actionable instructions.

- Team Coordination: Collaborate with Team Management to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow.

- Requirements Refinement: Work closely with the Engineering Lead to improve the quality of user stories and requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 9+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced technology environment.

- Proven ability to develop and maintain high-quality product documentation.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies (e., Scrum, Kanban).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Experience with batch solution design and operation is a strong plus.

- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is preferred.
