Product Manager (Retail CRM Systems)

Position: Product Manager / Product Owner

Mandatory experience : Total 8 + years as BA & Product Management & at least 2+ years in Retail- CRM Systems.

Job Description:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Product Ownership: Assume the role of Product Owner, engaging with stakeholders to align product roadmaps with the overall product vision.
• Backlog Management: Effectively manage the features backlog, prioritising based on discussions with stakeholders and strategic business objectives.
• Agile Development Lifecycle: Drive the end-to-end life cycle of new features within an agile framework, collaborating closely with Scrum Masters, Development teams, and QA teams.
• Release Management: Oversee incremental releases, ensuring seamless integration of new functionalities into platform. Taking up some key features for preparing of functional specifications and user stories.
• Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of changing trends and emerging technologies through proactive research and analysis, ensuring the continued relevance of the product.
• Techno-Functional Understanding: Possess a comprehensive understanding of the technical and functional aspects of the product.
• Synergy Building: Foster synergy among ETP products, understanding their interdependencies and enhancing overall product cohesion.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor the Business Analyst team, providing guidance on design and ensuring their professional development.
• Knowledge Sharing and Training: Drive knowledge sharing and training initiatives across the organisation, including pre-sales, implementation, sales and marketing, support, and QA teams. Conduct regular product update webinars for internal as well as for customers.
• Customer Feedback Coordination: Collaborate with the project team to gather customer feedback and coordinate enhancements to the product.

Skills & Experience:

• Product Manager: Demonstrated experience in Product Management for at least 5 years.
• e-commerce Domain Expertise: Minimum 10-15 years of hands-on experience in the retail / e-commerce domain with in-depth knowledge of various processes in CRM Systems
• Tool Proficiency: Working knowledge of design tools, Jira, and proficiency in creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Research and Solution Design: Ability to conduct research and propose solution designs for given topics.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead the Business Analyst team, providing guidance on design and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Self-Driven: Demonstrated self-drive, continuous learning, and independence as a resource.
