Role & responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Professional with min 3 5 + years of experience

• To have a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that have resulted in increased brand awareness, website traffic, and leads.
• Expertise in data-driven marketing, end-to-end project management, insights and analysis, social media marketing, mobile apps and managing multiple digital channels.
• To leverage and drive business growth and increase brand awareness through effective digital marketing strategies
• To strategize multichannel journeys along with the Marketing teams, monitoring, execution of plans, reporting and working towards increasing customer traction/consent growth upliftment for the following channels/platforms :- WhatsApp, SMS, Mass Emailers, Voice blasts (IVR), Webinar Platforms, Telecalling, Doctor Networking platforms, Website Management, App Management, Social Media
• To build an integrated digital solutions for all campaigns across brands, following multichannel and Omni channel journey for effective user experience and interaction.
• To monitor customer behaviour to identify HCP personas and adopt each segment into content strategy and tactical campaigns and customer trends across channels.
• To analyse and report digital campaign performance with focus on program optimization
• To drive digital innovations by heading concept notes for digital projects that can be scaled up in future.
• To work on Data driven Customer journeys with an Omni channel approach
• Customer touchpoint management for all mass channels
• Management of various BOT’s to automated processes.
• Persona project – to bucket customers as per their content preferences and behaviour
