Product Designer - Human Computer Interaction (2-4 yrs)

Job Description :

As a Product Designer, you will lead the ideation of cutting-edge web applications and product design process for our flagship product.

This role involves collaborating with high-performing cross-functional teams such as marketing and engineering teams to build and ship projects with respect to the domain.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Trademarkia's LegalTech solutions.

- Focus on enhancing product features, improving functionality, and maintaining market competitiveness by aligning with evolving business objectives and customer needs.

- Conduct in-depth market analysis and research to identify customer requirements, emerging industry trends, and the competitive landscape in the intellectual property registration domain.

- Utilize these insights to refine the product's value proposition and inform design and feature development.

- Partner with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to prioritize product enhancements and new feature developments based on customer feedback and market demands.

- Work closely with the technical team to translate business requirements into well-defined technical specifications that guide product innovation.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders and customers to gather insights, validate product features, and drive continuous improvement efforts.

- Leverage feedback to ensure product designs address real user pain points and enhance the overall customer experience.

- Lead user research initiatives to map detailed user journeys and inform design decisions.

- Analyze user behavior and data to develop intuitive design solutions that improve user interaction and streamline complex processes in the intellectual property registration space.

- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

- Ensure all design elements are aligned with user-centric principles and best practices in legal technology and IP management tools.

- Conduct user testing and continuously gather feedback to iterate on designs and optimize the user experience.

- Utilize tools such as Clarity to enhance product usability, ensuring that designs remain effective, intuitive, and aligned with customer and market needs.

Requirements :

- Strong understanding of product design principles, user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) best practices, and ability to collaborate with product managers and designers to optimize user journeys and interfaces.

- Proficient in translating user research and product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with business goals and user needs.

- Well-versed in usability testing, A/B testing, and gathering user feedback to iterate on design solutions.

- Familiarity with user-centered design methodologies, design thinking, and conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis.

- Extensive experience with design systems, ensuring consistency across digital products with strong visual design skills that enhance brand cohesion and user engagement.

- Strong collaboration skills, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and product to ensure alignment and seamless execution.

- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, ensuring design processes are integrated into iterative product development cycles.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI design.

- Strong analytical and communication skills with a user-centric approach to problem-solving.

- Experience working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams, maintaining high iteration and shipping velocity
