Job Description

  • Requirement Gathering and Validation
    • Receive and document application requirements from end-users.
    • Validate requirements with management to ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Clarify and confirm requirements with end-users as needed.
  • Development Coordination
    • Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are properly understood and implemented.
    • Provide input on technical feasibility and potential roadblocks.
    • Coordinate with development teams to prioritize and schedule development tasks.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance
    • Test developed applications to ensure they meet requirements and are free from defects.
    • Identify and report defects to development teams, providing detailed descriptions and steps to reproduce.
    • Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and ensure timely delivery.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Deployment
    • Coordinate UAT with end-users to ensure applications meet their needs.
    • Obtain UAT sign-off from end-users and document results.
    • Collaborate with development teams to deploy applications to production.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Keep stakeholders informed of development progress, timelines, and any issues.
    • Manage expectations and negotiate priorities with end-users and management as needed.
    • Provide regular status updates and reports to management.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of application requirements, development progress, and testing results.
    • Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and other documentation.
    Requirements:
    • 2-3 years of experience in application support, business analysis, or a related field.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret requirements andidentify potential issues.
    • Experience with software development life cycles and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
