Job Description
- Receive and document application requirements from end-users.
- Validate requirements with management to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Clarify and confirm requirements with end-users as needed.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are properly understood and implemented.
- Provide input on technical feasibility and potential roadblocks.
- Coordinate with development teams to prioritize and schedule development tasks.
- Test developed applications to ensure they meet requirements and are free from defects.
- Identify and report defects to development teams, providing detailed descriptions and steps to reproduce.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate UAT with end-users to ensure applications meet their needs.
- Obtain UAT sign-off from end-users and document results.
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy applications to production.
- Keep stakeholders informed of development progress, timelines, and any issues.
- Manage expectations and negotiate priorities with end-users and management as needed.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of application requirements, development progress, and testing results.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and other documentation.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in application support, business analysis, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret requirements andidentify potential issues.
- Experience with software development life cycles and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
