• SEO/SEM Optimization: Manage and optimize SEO/SEM efforts to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing
• campaigns using tools like Google Analytic, and suggest improvements based on data insights.
• Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand loyalty.
• Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team and individual goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment and synergy across all marketing efforts.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and conduct competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
