Senior Graphic Designer

• Creative Leadership : Lead the design process from concept to execution, inspiring creativity and innovation within the team. Drive the development of impactful visual designs that push boundaries and resonate with audiences.
  
• Timely Delivery : Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design assets that meet client deadlines and exceed expectations. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and consistency across all deliverables.
  
• Problem-Solving : Identify design challenges and propose creative solutions that address client needs and enhance user engagement. Proactively seek feedback and iterate on designs to achieve optimal results.
  
• Review & Feedback : Provide constructive feedback on design concepts and deliverables, guiding junior designers to achieve excellence in their work.
  
• Develop Creative Concepts : Design solutions for various projects, including advertisements, marketing collateral, digital assets, social media graphics, print media, and presentations. Ensure a unified design and tone to create an effective and strong visual language (Identity) across all customer touchpoints.
  
• Design for Events and Campaigns : Generate new ideas and artwork for events and campaigns, collaborating with internal content, marketing, and business teams, as well as external agencies, to create cohesive and effective visual content.
  
• Quality Control : Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and maintain a high creative bar across all design deliverables.
  
• Project Management : Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from conception to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
