Job Description
At ProCreator, were seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer with 5-8 years of experience to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Leadership : Lead the design process from concept to execution, inspiring creativity and innovation within the team. Drive the development of impactful visual designs that push boundaries and resonate with audiences.
- Timely Delivery : Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design assets that meet client deadlines and exceed expectations. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and consistency across all deliverables.
- Problem-Solving : Identify design challenges and propose creative solutions that address client needs and enhance user engagement. Proactively seek feedback and iterate on designs to achieve optimal results.
- Review & Feedback : Provide constructive feedback on design concepts and deliverables, guiding junior designers to achieve excellence in their work.
- Develop Creative Concepts : Design solutions for various projects, including advertisements, marketing collateral, digital assets, social media graphics, print media, and presentations. Ensure a unified design and tone to create an effective and strong visual language (Identity) across all customer touchpoints.
- Design for Events and Campaigns : Generate new ideas and artwork for events and campaigns, collaborating with internal content, marketing, and business teams, as well as external agencies, to create cohesive and effective visual content.
- Quality Control : Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and maintain a high creative bar across all design deliverables.
- Project Management : Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from conception to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience : 5-8 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in motion design and client communication.
- Creativity & Innovation : A passion for pushing the boundaries of design and exploring new creative techniques and trends.
- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative design solutions.
- Mastery of Design Tools: Strong proficiency over design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.
- Team Leadership : Previous experience leading design teams and mentoring junior designers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Bonus Skills : Experience with other motion design/prototyping tools and technologies is a plus.
