Dotnet Developer

• Technical Leadership: Lead and oversee the development of backend services for a cryptocurrency trading platform, focusing on maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and scalability.
  
• Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using.NET and C#, ensuring the foundation for a robust trading platform.
  
• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Integrate and manage AWS cloud services to optimize application scalability, performance, and security, aligning with the high demands of the cryptocurrency market.
  
• Real-Time Data Streaming: Implement and leverage Kafka for real-time data streaming, enhancing trading performance and reliability.
  
• Product Customization and Enhancement: Analyze current product components and recommend or implement customizations to meet evolving business requirements and user expectations.
  
• Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive development process and alignment across teams.
  
• Code Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews, write comprehensive unit tests, and uphold best coding practices to maintain high standards in the codebase.
  
• Technical Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation for code, architecture, and system design, supporting the platform\u2019s scalability and ease of future development.

Requirements

• Experience: 6-8 years in.NET and C# development, with a proven track record in complex web applications.
  
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of.NET, C#, and backend architecture. Strong experience with AWS services (eg, EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS).
  
• Expertise in Kafka and data streaming for high-performance applications.
  
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
  
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience leading projects, making strategic decisions, and suggesting product improvements.
  
• Problem Solving : Analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach.
  
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
  
• Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Experience in cryptocurrency or trading platforms.
