Key Responsibilities:.

Creative Leadership: Lead the design process from concept to execution, inspiring creativity and innovation within the team.

Drive the development of impactful visual designs that push boundaries and resonate with audiences.

Timely Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design assets that meet client deadlines and exceed expectations.

Maintain a high level of attention to detail and consistency across all deliverables.

Problem-Solving: Identify design challenges and propose creative solutions that address client needs and enhance user engagement.

Proactively seek feedback and iterate on designs to achieve optimal results.

Review & Feedback: Provide constructive feedback on design concepts and deliverables, guiding junior designers to achieve excellence in their work.

Develop Creative Concepts: Design solutions for various projects, including advertisements, marketing collateral, digital assets, social media graphics, print media, and presentations.

Ensure a unified design and tone to create an effective and strong visual language (Identity) across all customer touchpoints.

Design for Events and Campaigns: Generate new ideas and artwork for events and campaigns, collaborating with internal content, marketing, and business teams, as well as external agencies, to create cohesive and effective visual content.

Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and maintain a high creative bar across all design deliverables.

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from conception to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Requirements.

What We Are Looking For.

Experience: 5-8 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in motion design and client communication.

Creativity & Innovation: A passion for pushing the boundaries of design and exploring new creative techniques and trends.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative design solutions.

Mastery of Design Tools: Strong proficiency over design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.

Team Leadership: Previous experience leading design teams and mentoring junior designers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Bonus Skills: Experience with other motion design/prototyping tools and technologies is a plus.
