Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation within the design team by staying ahead of industry trends and continuously refining design processes to enhance efficiency and creativity.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work across departments, including marketing, development, and operations, to ensure design is integrated into all facets of the business.
What you will do
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead the design team with a focus on fostering creativity, collaboration, and high-quality output. Mentor junior designers and support their professional development.
Client Relations & Consulting: Serve as the main point of contact for clients on design projects, ensuring their needs are met and translating their vision into actionable design strategies.
Sales Support & Strategy: Partner with the sales team to provide design expertise during client pitches, help develop proposals, and align design services with business growth goals.
Design Operations Management: Oversee and optimize design workflows, manage resources effectively, and ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Play a key role in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new design talent, ensuring a high standard of design excellence across the team.
Process Improvement & Innovation: Lead initiatives to improve design processes, introduce new tools and methodologies, and ensure the team stays on the cutting edge of design trends.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure that design is a core component of all company initiatives, from marketing campaigns to product development.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:-
Experience: At least 7-15 years in UX/UI design, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role within a design team.
Design Expertise: Strong background in both UX and UI design, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products.
Client-Facing Experience: Exceptional client management skills, with experience consulting on design projects and leading client presentations.
Sales & Business Acumen: Understanding of sales processes and business development, with the ability to consult on design solutions that drive business growth.
Recruitment & Talent Development: Experience in recruiting and developing design talent, with a focus on building high-performing teams.
Process Management: Strong organizational skills with experience managing design operations, including resource allocation, process optimization, and project delivery.
Innovation & Problem-Solving: Ability to drive innovation within the design team and solve complex design challenges creatively and efficiently.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with various stakeholders.
