Management Trainee - Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Process

Role & responsibilities:

Engineering Graduates who passed-out in 2025 (very good candidates from 2024/23 batch can also be considered) and have a flair for design engineering are needed as Management Trainees-Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Chemical & Civil). Knowledge of CAD would be an advantage. General non-quota candidates from good institutes, having secured engineering admissions through merit seats need to apply. In case you had applied or were shortlisted / rejected earlier, please do not apply again.

Preferred candidate profile:

The candidates should preferably have cleared GATE. Alternatively, they should rank in top few from their institute .Consistent score above 70% in B.Tech, XII & X a must.

Please note that the position has the pre-requisite of 3 year secured bond with three conditions (choose any one)

1. Original Documents (M.Tech/B.Tech/B.E./Diploma/ XII & X + Surety standing of Rs.5 L.P.A).

2. Bank Guarantee of Rs.5 L.P.A. with 03 Years duration on Procons Name

3. FD pledged to or in the name of company of Rs. 5 L.P.A.
