Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - See first of all Management is very very poor, when i have visited first time i almost wasted my whole day seating for interview than @ 8 pm they took my interview & i cleared 1st round than they called me after 3 days for 2nd round in which same thing happen i almost wasted my half day in it & cleared 2nd round, than they called me again after 2 day where there CMD was not available which is why they told me to go home again & on 4th visit they took almost 1 week for final decision & what i got the answer was "We have keep you on hold still we are in process of Interview" after checking my background references n all, so just want to reveal that they almost wasted my 3 weeks in procedure of Interview & given like that answer which was really very Bad experience. So please don't even think about this company because they is no future, 10 hours working where i have never seen in my life, also Mon to Saturday Working, No Paid & Casual Leaves were offered & Mainly important Salary is very low as compare to Designation Etc.

Experience: Online Aptitude test. I attempted the verbal section firstly, since I was more confident on that part. After I was done with it, I opted for the questions of my domain and lastly the quant. Speed and accuracy were the deciding factors in that test.

Experience: I had chosen to speak for the Sales and I was the first one to counter the person who spoke for R&D. Key was to let other's speak, listen carefully to your counterparts and have a positive body language throughout to make the moderator feel that you are very much a team person as well as you've your own standpoint.

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Technical interview was conducted face to face with 2 interviewers.
Tips: Accept what you don't know but steer the interviewers to your strong points. You have to be clear on your favorite subjects or on the previous internships or trainings done. The person sitting opposite to you will try to puzzle you on your own answers. Try to be very clear on what you say.

Experience: HR interview was over phone call. What I felt as to crack a interview, you don't have to be too clever.
