Job Description:

1. Initiate call to Insurance Company on behalf of Doctors / Physician to know claim status.
2. Follow-up with Insurance Company to inquire status of outstanding claims.
3. Receive payment information if the claims has been processed.
4. Examine claims in case of rejections.
5. Ensure deliverable adhere to quality standards.
6. Experience with Insurance Eligibility Verification.
