Fresher Day shift Openings at DLF Porur-Medical Billing Domain

Position : Non Voice Process - Day Shift

Qualification: Any Graduate (2019 - 2023 Passed outs)

Location: DLF Porur, Chennai

Shift Timings: 7.30 Am - 5.30 Pm with Fixed Sat and Sun weekoffs

Notice Period: Immediate joining

**Note for 2024 Passed outs: Candidates from 2024 are eligible only if you have completed with your final sem exams and Projects**

In this role, you will be responsible for contacting patients regarding their outstanding accounts and ensuring timely payment of invoices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Non-Calling Insurance Company on behalf of Doctors / Physician for claim status.
• Follow-up with Insurance Company to check status of outstanding claims.
• Receive payment information if the claims has been processed.
• Analyze claims in case of rejections.
• Ensure deliverable adhere to quality standards.
• Prior experience on charge entry and payment posting

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
