Process Engineer

Responsible for Equipment Qualification related activities.

• Responsible to Prepare and execute Protocol for Equipment Qualification (Design Qualification, FAT, SAT, Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification)
• Responsible for Calibration of Instruments to ensure smooth and continuous operation.
• Responsible for Compliance with SOP driven formats and logbook.
• Monitoring of Preventive Maintenance activities as per PM schedule.
• Responsible for issuance and retrieval of SOP driven formats and logbook.
• Oversaw plant maintenance operations, ensuring optimal equipment performance and implementing cost saving measures to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Preventive & breakdown maintenance of Reactor, Centrifuge, Ejector Vacuum System, Root cone vacuum dryer,
• Plant equipment maintenance like Reactor, Sparkler Filter, Press Filter, Centrifuge, Rotary Vacuum Dryer, Agitated Nutsche Filter Dryers, Ejector Vacuum System, Cooling Tower.
• Maintain CGMP document of routine maintenance work.
• Prepare daily utility consumption reports and daily maintenance reports.
• Install hot water system & Ejector vacuum system for intermediate plant.
• Installation PPRC & HDPE line as per material required & reducing daily Fabrication work.
