Process Engineer

Skillset:

Technically Sound, Self-Motivated, Mechanical Design Calculations, Proficient in CAD work (SolidWorks, AutoCAD preferred), Creative Thinking, Problem Solving, Ability to review and interpret technical drawings and specifications, Knowledge of GD&T, Knowledge of drafting standards and international material standards, Competent in Microsoft computer skills, good verbal and written communication and presentation skills, Good Planning, Time management & execution

Brief Tasks:

- Create & review concept design, GA layouts, detailed assemblies and part drawings in AutoCAD or SolidWorks for Projects. Modification & Improvement of existing equipment.

- Design & Selection of Products required for Equipment such as Valves, Pumps,

- Develop New Vendors, Create Specifications, Communicate effectively and professionally with Vendors.

- Create & maintain design documents such as design programs, Instruction & Maintenance Manuals, QAP, Bought out specification.

-Prepare as built PFDs and review P&IDs of plants.

-Planning and Preparation of Equipment Layout and load data.

-Pressure drop Calculations.

- Preparation of Datasheets, GA Drawings, Bought out Item specification.
