- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in assembly processes, identifying opportunities for enhancement and innovation
- Conduct regular analysis of assembly line performance, identifying areas for optimization and implementing solutions to improve efficiency
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the assembly team, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts to address assembly process inefficiencies and quality issues
- Develop and maintain documentation related to assembly processes, including standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Participate in new product development initiatives, providing input on manufacturability and assembly process optimization
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in nacelle assembly processes, integrating relevant innovations into the existing processes
