Process Associate

Overview

The Operations-TOPS-Process Associate position is a role within the Operations department of Prodapt. The overall purpose of the position is to ensure continuity in the functioning of tools and processes within a project in collaboration with the SMEs and recommending continuous enhancements to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% uptime with all existing tools and recommend improvements and enhancements
• Create key stroke level process flows and process documentation independently
• Collaborate with clients via calibration/quality calls and share necessary process related updates
• Recommend transformation and enhancements in existing processes
• Collaborate with SMEs Project Managers during critical situations and ensure recovery
• Identify new opportunities within the current project and highlight them in Leads generation process
• Support SMEs and PMs in change management implementation.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate ( 10th + 12th + Degree)

• Non-Voice Process

📅 Working Schedule:

• 5 days a week (Monday - Friday)

⏰ Shift

• Night Shift
• Shift timing : 6PM - 3AM, 7PM - 4AM, 8PM - 5AM , 9PM - 6AM

🎓 Qualifications:

Experience : 0 to 1 years

• Freshers Welcome! (Degree must)
• Any Graduate
• Typing skill is required (Words per minute : 35 words need to type in one min)
• Good communication skill
• Chennai Candidates preferred
