Job Description
As a Specialist on our Helpdesk team, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient support to our users, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and feedback within SLA guidelines.
- Document information according to standard procedures.
- Categorize requests by type and priority following SOPs.
- Identify root causes, document findings, and action items.
- Communicate solutions to users and engage stakeholders on RCA results.
- Oversee issue resolution and monitor before ticket closure.
- Conduct real-time quality checks on calls.
- Fluency in Hindi, English, Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and Office applications
- Effective multitasking and time management skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Graduates preferred, but undergraduates with relevant skills will be considered
