Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate - Retail Banking

We are looking for candidates who would be required to process customer requests as per the set procedures within defined timelines and with high accuracy standards .

Responsibilities

Process request as per the application, referring to standard operating procedures

Updating Customer Demographics in Bank System

Policy Set up and doc a ument generation

Mortgage Tax payment

Searching customer contact information

Reconciliation of internal bank General Ledger Accounts

Posting Check details into the bank system

Coordinating with Bank Vendors to gather information and respond back to customer enquiries

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Q ualifications

Communication Proficient in Reading, Writing and Speaking skills (English)

High level attention to detail and accuracy

Demonstrate delivery of high-quality output

Quite job security comparison to other companies.

Dislikes

Companies culture depends on Manager's behaviour and they don't value employees concerns. The lower your position is the lead your concerns will be valued. Managers don't treat everyone equally. Their on paper value rules for employees are far away than floor reality.
