Process Associate (eCommerce)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Associate (eCommerce) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing eCommerce operations, ensuring seamless execution of processes, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Listings & Updates: Handle product listings and updates on various eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, Shopify, Magento).
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure stock availability and timely replenishment.
• Order Processing: Process and track customer orders, returns, and refunds, ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
• Content Optimization: Assist in optimizing product descriptions, titles, and other metadata to improve search visibility and customer experience.
• Customer Support: Address and resolve customer queries or complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
• Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on sales performance, operational metrics, and customer satisfaction.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for optimizing eCommerce workflows and processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred in Business, Commerce, or related fields).
• Experience: Proficiency in using eCommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, Magento, or Shopify.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive process improvements.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills for clear customer interactions and internal coordination.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets to generate and analyze reports.
