Role Overview :

We are seeking a Cyber Threat Defense Lead to design, implement, and manage robust cybersecurity defenses. This role involves leading security operations, deploying advanced threat detection systems, and ensuring compliance with industry best practices. You will work with CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, Zscaler, and Microsoft Purview to enhance enterprise security posture.

Key Responsibilities :

Threat Detection & Response :

- Implement, monitor, and enhance security solutions for advanced threat protection.

Endpoint & Network Security :

- Manage CrowdStrike for EDR, Palo Alto for firewall security, and Zscaler for cloud security.

Data Protection & Compliance :

- Utilize Microsoft Purview to ensure data governance and compliance.

Security Architecture & Operations :

- Design and optimize security controls, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Incident Management :

- Lead security incident investigations, implement proactive threat-hunting strategies.

Collaboration & Training :

- Work cross-functionally with IT, SOC, and compliance teams while mentoring security teams.

Key Skills & Tools :

- Cyber Defense Solutions : CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks, Zscaler, Microsoft Purview

- Threat Intelligence & Hunting : SIEM, EDR, XDR, MITRE ATT&CK

- Cloud Security : Secure cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Network & Endpoint Security : Firewalls, VPNs, Zero Trust Architecture

- Compliance & Risk Management : NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's in Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field

- Certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent preferred)

- Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and leadership
