We @Procain are on the lookout for a proactive IT Help Desk Specialist to ensure smooth IT operations and deliver top-notch technical support. If you're a problem-solver with a passion for IT, customer service, and Mac environments, this role is for you!

🔹 What You'll Be Doing:

✅ IT Support & Troubleshooting Resolve IT issues, manage office infrastructure, and support end-users.
✅ Help Desk Management Monitor and respond efficiently to requests via the IT ticketing system.
✅ Google Workspace & Okta Support Ensure smooth authentication, user access, and security.
✅ Employee Onboarding & Offboarding Facilitate seamless IT setup for new hires and exits.
✅ Network & Connectivity Troubleshoot Tier 1 office network, Wi-Fi, and VPN issues.
✅ Asset & Inventory Management Keep IT-related inventory updated.
✅ A/V & Video Conferencing Support – Provide technical assistance for meetings and company events.

🔹 What You Bring:

🔹 4+ years of IT Support/Help Desk experience.
🔹 macOS Expertise – Strong hands-on experience managing IT tasks on Mac environments.
🔹 Excellent Communication & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to explain tech solutions in simple terms.
🔹 Customer-Focused Mindset – Passion for delivering outstanding IT support.
🔹 Google Workspace (G Suite) Administration – Experience managing Gmail, Calendar, Docs, etc.

🔹 Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Kandji / Jamf for macOS device management.
• Knowledge of Okta or other SSO platforms.
• Familiarity with Networking & VPN troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM tools.
