We @Procain are looking out for a seasoned professional Senior Systems and Infrastructure Specialist to take charge of our IT systems globally, ensuring seamless operations, security, and innovation. If you're passionate about Mac environments, cutting-edge technology, and IT excellence, this role is for you!

🔹 What Youll Be Doing:

✅ IT Systems Administration Manage endpoint systems, cloud applications, identity & profile management, and application deployments.
✅ Network Architecture – Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure for optimal performance.
✅ Technical Solutions – Develop and deploy scalable IT solutions to enhance business operations.
✅ Incident & Change Management – Log, track, and resolve IT issues efficiently.
✅ Google Workspace & Okta Support – Ensure smooth operations of authentication, user access, and security.
✅ Onboarding & Offboarding – Streamline IT processes for new hires and departures.
✅ IT Help Desk Optimization – Continuously improve support processes, reducing resolution time.
✅ Workplace Tech Management – Maintain seamless connectivity (Wi-Fi, Zoom Rooms, Dashboards, etc.).

🔹 What You Bring:

🔹 5+ years of IT experience (preferably in a startup environment).
🔹 Expertise and Knolwedge in Okta (User Management, Applications, Workflows).
🔹 MacOS Administration – Hands-on experience with MDM/MAM solutions like Kanji or JAMF.
🔹 Networking Proficiency – Strong fundamentals in Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi (Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto is a plus).
🔹 Scripting Skills – Proficiency in Python & Bash (a must!).
